DI · Collaboration format · Monthly relationship
Your AI department.
Without setting it up.
For companies that value the flexibility of a monthly relationship: a partner that prioritises, pauses and adapts with you, month by month —like having an in-house department, but with the advantages of contracting it out. We start with a pilot to make sure we fit; if it works, we grow together.
Same technical depth as the one-time installation; different format. It is not more powerful — it's another way to relate to us. Compare the two formats →
If this sounds like your company, look at the AI Department
You would have hired an internal AI role for the company, but you rule out the payroll for the commitment and the specialist cost. The AI Department gives you that profile contracted out, with real cadence.
You can sustain a steady monthly fee (better than a lump-sum investment). You want to trace AI growth long-term, not stop it every time a project ends.
You want control of the what and the when: "now prioritise this, pause that because I care about this project, we resume in two months". The AI Department adapts on the fly; one-time installation closes a plan at the start.
You value that the continuous learning of the companion is part of the service, not an add-on. New tasks, tweaks and improvements enter the natural rhythm of the relationship.
If this is you, keep reading. If instead you have a clear project with budget now and you are better off with irregular revenue (typical in architecture and professional services), the one-time installation probably fits you better.
Companies with continuous work
Construction firms with technical office
Consulting engineering firms
Advanced architecture studios
Not for those who just want to solve one or two punctual tasks —that's what one-time installation is for; we'll tell you honestly if that's your case.
The difference is not the power. It's the cadence.
The one-time installation is perfect to solve certain workflows: we do it, it's yours, and that's it. If you want, you then hire occasional maintenance so the companion keeps learning from your real use. It's the ideal format if you have a clear project and budget now.
The AI Department is a different format: a stable relationship where we don't come, implement and leave —we stay as your AI team and prioritise, implement, measure and improve month by month. Continuous learning is integrated by default, not as an add-on.
Output, not hours of meetings: each month there are new or improved capabilities. The AI Department is not more powerful than the one-time installation; it's a different way to keep the same technical depth alive over time.
The pilot — 4 weeks, fixed price
AI Department pilot
€2,0004 WEEKS · FIXED PRICE
Serves to check that we fit well —team, systems and permissions— before committing to anything else. Includes:
- · Advisory: diagnosis, feasibility analysis, data infrastructure design and roadmap proposal.
- · A first real implementation, to be chosen (e.g.: query/modify the CRM by voice · consolidate prices from 3 suppliers · warehouse in/out · tender alerts).
Honesty: if during the pilot we see it's not enough for you, we say so and we don't continue.
We grow together, month by month
- · We add new capabilities to your AI based on priorities.
- · Tracking with a dashboard: what's been done, usage, cost, business impact.
- · We analyse how already-implemented capabilities are used and improve them with what we learn.
Your AI becomes more useful each month —and you always bring the judgement and the signature.
Two paces
Same in both (never a paid extra): managed relationship and direct access to who does the work · tracking + dashboard · data protection, confidentiality and security · cost monitoring · learning analysis and improvement · what's built is yours (no lock-in).
| Standard · €2,000/mo | Power · €3,500/mo | |
|---|---|---|
| New capabilities / month | ~1 | ~2 (and broader scope) |
| Response time | standard | priority |
| Cost and performance optimisation | tracking | proactive |
| Strategic reviews | quarterly | more frequent |
You're not just paying for the tool; you're paying for the consultant. The fee includes the expert consultant's time (AI + AEC), approximately 25-30 h/month on Standard and 40-50 h/month on Power —personal relationship, not hourly billing. For reference, an equivalent in-house role would cost €3-6k/month in payroll.
We work with few clients at a time
We work with a limited number of AI Department clients at a time: it's the only way to guarantee real cadence and attention. If you're interested, it's worth talking soon.
