Claude Code implementation
for your company.

We configure Claude Code as your company's work companion: connected to your data and tools, with your rules and your judgement. It's not a generic chat you copy-paste into —it's an instrument assembled piece by piece on top of your work. We show you every piece, in technical and plain terms.

IC.01The result

What it does, once built

Before the technical pieces, what really matters: what changes in your day. You talk to it in your language —in writing or by voice— and it leaves the work ready for you to review and sign. Three examples of what a well-built companion already does:
Architecture

YOU ASK

'Make me the budget for this BC3 with my line items.'

YOU GET

The budget done, with the items that need your judgement flagged. You review and sign.

Engineering

YOU ASK

'Prepare the report for this borehole.'

YOU GET

The geotechnical report in your format, with the calculation done and traceable —you validate it before it goes out.

Construction

YOU ASK

'Only alert me about the tenders that interest me.'

YOU GET

The filtering done and the follow-up in your CRM, which you can check and edit by talking to it.

The pattern is always the same: the work that needs your format but not your thinking, it does; the work that needs your judgement, it flags for you to decide.

IC.02What we build underneath

The pieces that make that result possible

For it to come out with rigour and not 'the lottery of a chat', a smart AI isn't enough. We assemble these pieces on top of your work —each one, in technical and plain terms:
IC.02/01

CLAUDE.md (domain configuration)

The companion's 'brain': your sector, criteria and format. What makes it not answer 'in general'.
IC.02/02

Skills (custom abilities)

Concrete tasks of your trade it knows how to do: generate a report, fill a form, validate a borehole.
IC.02/03

MCPs (connectors to your data)

Bridges so it reads and writes to your sources: CRM, ERP, Excel, BC3, cadastre, regulation… no copy-paste.
IC.02/04

Companion / Assistant

The layer you talk to: like on WhatsApp, with voice if you want.
IC.02/05

Subagents / agent teams

Several 'specialists' that share a complex task and coordinate.
IC.02/06

API integration

Connection with internal services and third parties you use or contract.
IC.02/07

Deterministic scripts

The part that must come out 100% the same every time (operations and format): programmed, not 'lottery of a chat'.
IC.02/08

Human-in-the-loop (HITL)

Points where you review and decide before anything important. Judgement and signature, always yours.
IC.02/09

Governance and observability

Cost and usage dashboards, data classification and protection, traceability.
IC.03What if I do it myself?

You can install Claude Code yourself. What goes on top is the hard part.

Honestly: you can set the tool up yourself —and if you have the time and the interest, it's worth it. The difference isn't the tool; it's everything assembled on top so it does your work with rigour from day one.
Our own MCPs

Connectors to your tool, already built and tested with real work: BC3, official registries (cadastre, ICGC), urban planning. Not off-the-shelf.

Validated pipelines

Tuned sequences from your profession: geotechnical calculation, CTE classification, lead qualification. Weeks of testing to reach a reliable output.

Invisible rigour

Guardrails, personal-data (PII) handling and traceability of every step. The part nobody sees —but that decides whether you can rely on it in work with consequences.

And we use it every day in our own shop before bringing it to yours. The full honesty —when you should do it yourself and when it's worth leaving it to us— is on How it works →

How we do it

We start with a pilot of a real case of yours; once done, the companion is yours (no mandatory monthly fee).

IC.05Glossary

Words you might hear

None of these words is essential to work with the companion. Open the glossary if you hear one and want to place it.+
Model
the AI 'engine' (e.g. Claude). There are faster ones and more powerful ones; we pick the right one for each task.
Token
the unit measuring (and billing) what the AI reads/writes. That's why we monitor cost.
Agent
an AI that doesn't just answer, but takes steps and uses tools to complete a task.
MCP
the standard that connects the AI to a data source or tool of yours.
Prompt
the instruction given to it. Much of our work is so you don't have to write it.
Companion
how you talk to it: simple, in your language.
