Claude Code implementation
for your company.
We configure Claude Code as your company's work companion: connected to your data and tools, with your rules and your judgement. We explain each piece in plain language —so you understand what you'll have, not just that 'it works'.
IC.01What we build
Each piece, in technical and plain language
IC.01/01
CLAUDE.md (domain configuration)
The companion's 'brain': your sector, criteria and format. What makes it not answer 'in general'.
IC.01/02
Skills (custom abilities)
Concrete tasks of your trade it knows how to do: generate a report, fill a form, validate a borehole.
IC.01/03
MCPs (connectors to your data)
Bridges so it reads and writes to your sources: CRM, ERP, Excel, BC3, cadastre, regulation… no copy-paste.
IC.01/04
Companion / Assistant
The layer you talk to: like on WhatsApp, with voice if you want.
IC.01/05
Subagents / agent teams
Several 'specialists' that share a complex task and coordinate.
IC.01/06
API integration
Connection with internal services and third parties you use or contract.
IC.01/07
Deterministic scripts
The part that must come out 100% the same every time (operations and format): programmed, not 'lottery of a chat'.
IC.01/08
Human-in-the-loop (HITL)
Points where you review and decide before anything important. Judgement and signature, always yours.
IC.01/09
Governance and observability
Cost and usage dashboards, data classification and protection, traceability.
IC.02Glossary
Words you'll hear
You don't need to be an expert, but you'll hear them and we want you to understand:
- Model
- the AI 'engine' (e.g. Claude). There are faster ones and more powerful ones; we pick the right one for each task.
- Token
- the unit measuring (and billing) what the AI reads/writes. That's why we monitor cost.
- Agent
- an AI that doesn't just answer, but takes steps and uses tools to complete a task.
- MCP
- the standard that connects the AI to a data source or tool of yours.
- Prompt
- the instruction given to it. Much of our work is so you don't have to write it.
- Companion
- how you talk to it: simple, in your language.
IC.03Process
How we do it
We start with a pilot of a real case of yours; once done, the companion is yours (no fee for the tool).
IC.04Where you go next
Two collaboration formats
Same technical depth. You choose the format based on your financial-operational profile, not on 'power'.
