R · Tender Radar
Your tender pipeline,
pre-qualified every week.
Monitoring and intelligence for your public-procurement niche —configured to your case, not a generic alerts service. From €450/month, no lock-in.
The problem
Sound familiar? Watching portals daily and still arriving late
“Going through the portals every day is a job nobody in the office wants.”
“By the time we find the right tender, it's already been open for days.”
“We don't know who else bids in our space, or why we lost the last one.”
What it is
Not an alerts service. A pre-qualified pipeline
A generic radar alerts you to everything and leaves you the work of choosing. This one is configured by CPV codes, keywords and territory for your niche —and every tender arrives already read, synthesised, and with the reason it's worth (or not) your time.
| Geographic radar view | Real distance and direction from your office; dot size = value; colour = priority |
| List panel | All open tenders, sortable and filterable, with a status field: reviewing / discarded / bidding |
| Tender analysis sheet | Object, value, deadline, contracting body, and the reason for the priority |
| Full tender-document reading | Eligibility (classification, solvency), criteria and their weight, guarantees, deadlines, and the inconsistencies worth clarifying before bidding |
| Delivered documents | The tender PDFs, downloaded with the relevant sections highlighted |
| Extended discovery | Keyword search on top of CPV codes —the way into the “hidden” tenders |
| Continuous monitoring | Automatic daily refresh |
| Ongoing criteria tuning | You tell it “watch for this too” or “this type of work doesn't interest us”, and it's folded into the agents' criteria. The radar learns your criteria, not a generic one. |
Coverage: Catalonia (PSCP). Extension to Spain-wide (PLACSP) available as a module.
The differentiator
The value isn't the alerts
Any portal can alert you. What changes the game is second-order intelligence: who wins what, at what discount, which buyers repeat —and who to call the exact moment an award is resolved, if subcontracting is what works for you.
Exclusively public award data. Never private third-party data, and never a "compare yourself against…" message about anything that isn't public.
Who it's for
It fits if you already play in tenders

When you want more
Modules, quoted for your case
The radar is the base. Depending on your niche and where you are on the path, the question of wanting more usually comes up —and then it's configured as a module, with fixed price and scope.

Social proof
Proven in production
A construction client running this radar (paired with a voice CRM) filters ~10 HOT and ~12 WARM opportunities every week —already researched leads, not a list of tenders to sift through.
Frequently asked questions
Short questions
R.01Is this an alerts service like Tendios or Gobierto?
+
No. Alerts are the starting point, not the product. The value is second-order intelligence: tender documents read and synthesised, who wins what and how, and who to call when an award is resolved.
R.02Where does the data come from?
+
Public procurement registers (PSCP in Catalonia; PLACSP as an extension). Competitor intelligence uses exclusively public award data —never private third-party data.
R.03Do I need a contractor classification?
+
No. The radar adapts to your case: without classification, it brings you minor contracts and subcontracting timing; with classification, direct-tender flow and competitor intelligence.
R.04Is there a minimum term?
+
The Radar is month to month from day one: you subscribe the month you want and drop it when it stops serving you.
R.05What if I want more than the radar —competition, project review...?
+
Those are quoted as modules, by scope. We talk it through on the call with your specific case.

Want to see it with your niche?
We'll build you a real mini-radar for your space —specific tenders, not a generic demo— and look at it together for 30 minutes.
